JOHN BERGMANN, CEO
John Bergmann is the second-generation owner of Bergmann Group, the holding company for three business units. John started working within his family’s businesses in 2001 when he returned from the San Francisco Bay area where he was working for several high-tech companies. Since his return, he worked with his father for 7 years before becoming the president in 2008, which allowed continuity of superior service from one generation to the next. In the years following, John has focused on product development, market growth, and manufacturing efficiencies.
KEVIN MRACEK, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin Mracek is the Executive Vice President of Bergmann Group (parent company of Workhorse Products), and came onboard in January 2022. He works closely with each business unit to develop and implement strategies that focus on growth, innovation, and providing the best possible customer experience. Business development, marketing, operations, quality, and product development are areas where Kevin uses his knowledge and expertise to drive our business and commitment to innovation forward. In engineering, Kevin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining Bergmann Group, he worked for over 2 decades in both international middle-market and Fortune 500 companies.
MARK STEITZ, VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Mark Allen Steitz joined Phoenix LTC in February 2010, and is one of the founders of our company. He leads the sales team, is involved in product development, and contributes to the company in numerous other ways. Mark focuses on positive customer interactions and client-focused innovations. His prior experience includes over 12 years at one of the top 3 shipping carriers in the world, as well as over 12 years as Division Director at a full-service provider of pharmacy packaging and supplies.
GUS PIPENHAGEN, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – MIDWEST
Gus Pipenhagen is Phoenix LTC’s Midwest Regional Sales Manager. His previous experience in other healthcare-related companies has served our customers well, as he understands the needs of facilities and the dedicated professionals who care for patients.
MATT SPIEGEL, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – WEST
Matt Spiegel, West Regional Sales Manager for Phoenix LTC has been in the healthcare industry since 2004. He often travels to and works with decision makers at current clients and potential customers in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, assisting them in finding the proper carts for their daily needs.
ENRYK O’CALLAGHAN, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTHEAST
Enryk O’Callaghan, Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Phoenix LTC, has the responsibility of engaging long-term care pharmacies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health centers, and hospice facilities for the purpose of expanding market share in both medication management software systems and carts sales. He is tasked with expanding his territory and maintaining existing accounts in the southeast, which he has done an exceptional job of for the past 4 years. Prior to joining Phoenix LTC, Enryk has held various executive level sales positions spanning over 3 decades. In his opinion the key to success has always been listening to his clients and their needs, establishing a solid relationship, and providing unparallel customer service. Enryk is a University of Virginia graduate with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Rhetoric, and Communications. He was a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society in Sociology and a player on the Varsity Tennis Team.
JEFF ROGERS, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTHWEST
Jeff Rogers is Phoenix LTC’s Southwest Regional Sales Manager, and has been with our company since 2018. He started his career in technology at a top-tier cellular phone service provider and was promoted to regional management positions during his tenure in that industry. Jeff then moved to the utilities industry, and worked with companies that provide electricity and municipal water services.
JOHN CORNELIUS, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTHEAST
John Cornelius has been the Northeast Regional Sales Manager since 2018 for Phoenix LTC. Before joining our company, John had a long and successful career in multiple facets of the healthcare technology sector, providing expertise and client solutions to medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospitals. His background in healthcare software technology has proven to be beneficial to the automated medication management solutions offered by Phoenix LTC. John’s attention to detail regarding the assessment of client goals and needs contributes to our clients’ ongoing success.
